1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and m444 ("m444", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at m444.club and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features offered therein.

By completing registration, making a deposit, or using any part of the m444 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of m444 and close your account.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translated version.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use m444. By registering, you declare and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. m444 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification. Accounts found to be held by persons under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds held may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of m444 is lawful in your jurisdiction. Online gambling laws vary across provinces and localities within Pakistan and across international borders. m444 does not provide legal advice. If you are uncertain whether use of this platform is permitted in your location, you should seek independent legal counsel before registering.

2.3 One Account Per User. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active m444 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be voided.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You agree to promptly update your account details if they change. m444 is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the user, including failed withdrawals due to incorrect mobile wallet or bank account details.

2.5 KYC Verification. m444 may require you to submit identity verification documents (national CNIC, proof of address, payment method confirmation) at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your m444 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not share your credentials with any third party. m444 will never ask for your password via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or live chat.

You agree to notify m444 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. m444 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or failed to notify us of a suspected breach in a timely manner.

All activity conducted through your m444 account – including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted – is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security compromise prior to such activity occurring.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Methods. m444 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), USDT TRC20, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa, Rs 1,000 for bank transfers, and USD 5 equivalent for USDT TRC20. m444 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by m444 subject to identity verification and wagering requirement fulfilment. Standard processing times are 15–30 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa, 1–4 business hours for bank transfers, and approximately 10 minutes for USDT TRC20 on-chain confirmations. These are indicative timeframes and are not guaranteed.

4.4 Currency. All PKR-denominated balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees. Crypto deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmed receipt. m444 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit initiation and confirmation.

4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained lawfully. m444 reserves the right to investigate the source of deposited funds if there is reasonable cause for concern, and to suspend accounts pending such investigation.

4.6 USDT TRC20 Deposits. When depositing USDT, you must use the TRC20 network only. Sending funds via ERC20 or any other network may result in permanent loss of funds. m444 cannot be held responsible for funds sent to an incorrect network address.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by m444 are subject to separate promotional terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. General bonus terms include but are not limited to the following:

• Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• m444 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time unless the specific promotion expressly permits otherwise.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including through coordinated play, account duplication, or arbitrage strategies, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Use

All games available on m444 are provided by third-party certified game studios and operate under the rules and paytables defined by those studios. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the game rules as presented on the platform.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of real dealing procedures. m444 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes. Any technical malfunction that renders a game result indeterminate will result in the affected rounds being voided and stakes returned to the player's m444 balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on m444 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the m444 platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the m444 cashier.
• Providing false identity information or submitting forged documents during KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the m444 platform, its systems, or its data.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using m444 services from a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the m444 platform including but not limited to the m444 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software is the intellectual property of m444 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of m444 content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming funds, inability to access the platform due to maintenance or technical failure, delays in payment processing, or losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the user has failed their security obligations.

m444's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

By registering with m444, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. You have rights to access, correct, and in certain circumstances delete your personal data held by m444, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

12. Termination & Suspension

m444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time with or without notice, at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where there is suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, regulatory obligation, or risk management concern. In the event of termination for cause, any bonus balances will be voided. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method subject to completed KYC verification, unless forfeiture is required by applicable law or these Terms.

13. Amendments to These Terms

m444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
